海獣と肉料理 / Sea lion (or dog)
Day 482: 2011年11月19日
Vina del Mar (Shiomisou)

昼間は昨日のご飯の残りで雑炊を。これがまた美味い。
バルパライソまでYOSHI DR650とヨウスケ君と買出しに。歩いて海岸沿いを。途中、オットセイなのかアザラシなのかわかりませんが巨大な海獣の群れがコンクリートの廃墟で日向ぼっこ。
海面とコンクリートには結構ギャップがあるので海獣たちは登るのに苦労してました。ようやく登ったのに他の海獣に意地悪されて海に突き落とされたり。ちょっと滑稽で面白し。
買い物は巨大スーパーJUMBOにて。マテ茶用に甘味料を使っているのですが、そろそろ無くなるので棚を見ますが、高い。売り子のお姐さん（今日は試食とか試飲とかに売り子ののお姉さんがいっぱいです）に訊いたら、甘味料の小分け（サシェ）をいっぱいくれました。最近髭もぼうぼう、カミもぼさぼさなので、原始人的な風貌ののワシを哀れに思ったのでしょうか?
それにしても野菜もレジに行く前に計量して値札をはるんですが、チリの店には無駄な人員多し。
帰りはバスにて。夕飯は豚肉のステーキと七面鳥の塩焼き。ズッキーニ、ナス、たまねぎの炒めをそえて、和風ドレッシングで。肉料理も最高ですね。
さて、マサさんとイクちゃんは明朝早くにイースター島に行ってしまうので、お別れです。Buen viaje!!
明日から男3人所帯。男塾です、汐見荘。女性求む!!

Vina del Mar (Shiomisou)

We had seafood risotto for lunch, yum.
With YOSHI DR650 and Yousuke, I walked the sea shore to Valparaiso for grocery shopping.
On the way, there was a herd of seals (sea dogs or sea lions) on a concrete platform off the shore. They were sun baking temselves, but some of them were still in the water. Those tried to climb up to the concrete, but as there was quite a gap between the sea surface and the concrete, they struggled to be on the platform.
One made it, but another one on the platform pushed one back to the water!! How mean!!!
We went to Supermarket "Jumbo". As my artificial sweetner (using for mate) was running out, I went to an aisle. But all I could find were liquid type or in sachet. And they were expensive. I asked a girl on the aisle (today somehow there were lots of girls on each aisle promoting goods), and she gave me lots of sachets for free!!
I reckoned, as I look like a cave man now (with beard, long hair), she felt pitty on me.
We hopped on a bus back to the hostel. At dinner time, we cooked pork steak and turkey steak, stir fried vegetables. Recently we had been eating seafood only, meat dish was yum.
Masa and Iku will be leaving here early in the morning tomorrow (going to Easter Island), we said good-bye to them. Buen viaje!!
So now there would be YOSHI, Yousuke and me, only guys here at Shiomisou. We need girls!!
